NutraCea, Phoenix, AZ, has appointed Olga Hernandez-Longan CFO. She previously served as a partner with Tatum LLC in their financial executive practice. In that role, she served as interim CFO of companies such as Wells Dairy and Terlato Wine Group, responsible for all accounting, financial planning and M&A/joint venture activity.
